What's Covered in Our SEAL’d Maintenance Program
Our SEAL’d maintenance program includes two semi-annual inspections – one in the spring and one in the fall. During your semi-annual inspection, our roofing specialists will do the following:
- Clean out all drains and gutters
- Remove any debris from the roof
- Reseal areas as needed
- Patch small repairs as needed
They will also inspect all of the following:
- Penetrations
- Flashings
- Pitch pans
- Seams
- Damage or holes
Large repairs taking longer than eight hours to perform or significant damage caused by other parties will be an additional charge. We’ll submit a proposal for your approval before proceeding.
Additionally, a detailed infrared inspection will be conducted every five years to identify any potential deficiencies in the roof system that could lead to water intrusions. Repairs will then be carried out based on the findings as needed.
